We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to provide support to individuals in their own homes. This is a rewarding role where you will make a positive impact on the lives of those you care for, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life

.
Duties: -Making sure service users have eaten and taken fluids onboard
-Personal care dependent on care plan.  

• Domiciliary Carer: visits to service users home to provide care. The client prides themselves on providing high quality care, visits are around an hour in length (No Leaving service users early).

  • Kind, empathetic, understanding of service users' views and needs.

  • Must have a full & clean/ clear UK drivers license and own vehicle for work use.
  • Experience: -Experience working with the elderly is ‘Helpful’
    -‘Advantageous’ if candidates have experience working with clients who have dementia or Parkinson's. One client is a paraplegic. 
  • Qualifications: -Care certificate
    -Aware of and knowledge about the code of conduct
  • English speaking, Excellent English, writing and speaking for communication with clients and visit notes. The client's audience/ service users are very well spoken people
    
    Requirements:
    Female candidates only due to the nature of the role and service users' preferences.
    Must have a driving license and access to a vehicle as this role involves traveling between service users' homes.
    Previous experience in domiciliary care is preferred.
    Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a desire to help others.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding.
